Millenium vodka has been created in Poland in order to celebrate the passing through the new millennium. It is a limited edition becoming rarer and rarer. It is distilled on a grain base.
This edition is 100% distilled on a wheat base carefully chosen. It stands out with a softer taste than the classic one and complex aromas. It comes from Tbilissi in Georgia, where Sarajishvili manufacture distills the best alcohols of the region since 1887.
The Single set is made by the Polish Distillery Chopin. It allows to compare the different profiles of spirits made from different raw materials. Single Oat is showing smoky earthy notes, the profile is uncommon and interesting. Does exist in Corn or Barley, or in a set of the 6 miniatures of different bases : Potato, Rye, Wheat, Oat, Corn, Barley)
The lemon edition will please to vodkas lovers, looking for some freshness and acidity. The lemon flavors are present at the beggining but do not impact the tasting of this exceptional vodka. The wheat notes are persisting at the end.
