Polish mead is a honey-base fermented drink. It is known as the first alcoholic drink consumed by Humans. Mead production is a real tradition in Poland and can be warmed-up with some spices to be enjoyed in winter.
Trojniak Kresowy comes from a family of apiculturists in the "Thousand Lakes" area in Poland. This recipe includes some herbs, spices and an wild rose peels extract.
