Chopin's Family Reserve is a vodka created from a special selection of young potatoes.
Each year in the distillery fields, a small selection of potatoes are planted and used for the production of vodka.
Every 10 years a new variety of potato is used, currently the 2016 variety is used. They are harvested in mid-summer when the potato skin has not yet formed.
Once distilled, the vodka is aged for 2 years in 50-year-old Polish oak barrels. This passage in such old barrels softens the vodka but does not color it.

The culmination of the work was the bottling of this vodka in a specially designed elegant bottle, which perfectly complements its refined contents.
We recommend consuming the Family Reserve at a cellar temperature (10-15°C) to enjoy all the flavors of this vodka.
